1. Acceptance of these terms
By using swarnagrains.in, submitting an enquiry or placing an order directly with Swarna Grains, you agree to these terms. If a written quotation, purchase order acceptance or invoice contains specific terms, those specific written terms will apply to that order to the extent of any inconsistency.
2. Website information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions and other information accurate. Images are illustrative, packaging or designs may change and availability is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. Website content is general information; final feed or pontoon specifications are those stated in the accepted quotation or order confirmation.
3. Quotations and orders
- Prices are provided through a written quotation and may be valid only for the period stated.
- An enquiry does not create an order. An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing or issue an invoice/order confirmation.
- Product, pack size, quantity, taxes, freight, payment terms and expected dispatch will be set out in the applicable quotation or invoice.
- We may decline or limit an order due to stock, serviceability, credit or operational constraints.
4. Payment
Payment must be made using the method and within the time stated in the quotation or invoice. Dispatch may depend on cleared payment or agreed credit terms. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.
5. Product selection and use
Customers should select, store and use feed according to the product label, species, fish size and sound aquaculture practices. Feed performance can be affected by water quality, stocking density, health, weather and feeding practice; therefore, a particular result is not guaranteed. HDPE pontoon customers must provide accurate application, quantity and site details and use the delivered product according to the confirmed specifications and suitable project practices.
6. Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, damaged or incorrect goods, returns and refunds are governed by our Cancellation/Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Swarna Grains name, logo, website design, text, graphics and other original site content are owned by or licensed to Swarna Grains. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Swarna Grains is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or factors outside our reasonable control. Any product-related remedy will be assessed using the order documents, product condition and applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights or forum available under applicable law, disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
